about.
steady space is a private practice providing evidence based psychological therapies and comprehensive mental health assessment for older adolescents and adults.
Established by Kimbali, an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with a Master of Public Health, the practice is built on the background of two decades of experience across tertiary and specialist mental health services and private practice.
steady space offers an integrative approach to care that recognises the ways mental and physical health are interconnected and shaped by biological, psychological, social and environmental factors.
Support is personalised, working with the presenting concerns and the broader experiences that shape health and wellbeing. This includes attention to developmental history, physical health, personality, relationships and the social and environmental contexts of everyday life.
Services are guided by research and empirical evidence, with care thoughtfully adapted to your individual circumstances so that support remains relevant, accessible and effective.
